CV Sorted is a professional CV building platform that helps users create ATS-friendly resumes with AI-powered content optimisation and authenticity checking.

2. License and Access

• Access requires a valid subscription purchased through our platform
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Each subscription allows use on maximum 3 devices
• Export limit: 20 downloads per day per user
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the system
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms

• You retain ownership of your CV content
• You grant us license to process your content to provide services
• Our AI detection and optimisation algorithms are trade secrets

5. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We reserve the right to modify features with reasonable notice

6. Limitation of Liability

CV Sorted is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Job application outcomes or hiring decisions
• Third-party AI detection service results
• Data loss due to user error or system failures
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

7. Termination

We may terminate access for:

• Violation of these terms
• Subscription expiration or cancellation
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Legal or regulatory requirements
